1. Shipping overview

We ship within Saudi Arabia and the UAE. If you require to make an order for any other countries, please contact us directly at clientconcierge@iymaa.com.


Estimated delivery timeframes

Next working day delivery: Order by 3pm and receive your order the next working day. 

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, peak periods, public holidays, or local courier constraints.


2. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.

We offer free next day delivery to customers within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

3. Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. 


4. Delivery requirements

For security and service quality, couriers may require:

A signature on delivery, or proof of identity, or confirmation via SMS or phone


5. Returns for faulty items, full refund

If your item is faulty, you are eligible for a full refund, provided that:

You notify us within 14 days of receiving the order, and

You provide supporting details (for example, photos and a brief description), and

You return the item as requested, unless we confirm that return is not required

Once the fault is confirmed, we will arrange the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days, subject to bank processing times.

This is designed to align with consumer protection expectations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, noting that mandatory consumer rights may apply depending on the country of delivery.


6. Free size or product exchanges within 14 days

We offer free exchanges for a size swap provided that:

You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed

All tags, packaging, and accessories are included

The item passes inspection on return

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative size, store credit, or another resolution agreed with you.

7. Non returnable circumstances

Unless required by applicable law, we cannot accept exchanges where:

Items show signs of wear, odour, damage, washing, or alteration

Security tags have been removed (if applicable)

The return request falls outside the 14 day window

The item is not in its original condition with tags and packaging


8. How to request a return or exchange

Email clientconcierge@iymaa.com with:

Your order number

Your request (fault refund or size exchange)

Photos if the item is faulty

Your contact number and delivery address

We will reply with the next steps, including collection or drop off instructions.


9. Refunds timing

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or after a fault is confirmed, where return is not required. Bank processing times vary.


10. Availability and product variation

Because garments can appear different across screens and lighting, slight variations in colour and texture may occur. This is not considered a fault.
